Safety EP Released 25/05/1998
We borrowed some money from Phil to record a few tracks in a ‘professional’ studio. We knew in advance that we wanted to record these 3 tracks and we did it in a weekend.
It was the quickest recording we’d ever done [and would ever do!]. It cost £1500 for the recording and pressing and artwork [which is a picture of Chris taken by John Hilton].
500 copies pressed, 450 copies went straight in the bin.
